Nurse-Family Partnership receives grant from Children's Trust Fund of Alabama

The Nurse-Family Partnership Program which is being implemented by the Gift of Life Foundation joined other Montgomery area agencies in collectively receiving a grant from Children's Trust Fund of Alabama. The check presentation and news release was held on November, 2008.

The Nurse-Family Partnership Program is supported by Children's Trust Fund of Alabama. For more information on Children Trust Fund of Alabama go to www.ctf.alabama.gov . The program is also supported by the Alabama Chapter of March of Dimes, Central Alabama Community Foundation, and the Montgomery Public Schools.
